ezW2 7.6.2

ezW2 is a W2, W3, 1099-misc and 1096 preparing, printing and efiling software. It was approved by SSA (Social Security Administration) to print forms W2 Copy A and W3 in black and white on plain paper. This eliminates the need for buying the red-ink versions of these forms and calibrating the printer to print in the boxes properly. ezW2 also supports PDF printing and eFile features.

Print all W2 and W3 forms on blank stock. Print 1099 recipient copies on blank paper.

or print SSA-Approved laser substitute for W2 Copy A on plain white paper.

- 1099 MISC Copy A: For internal Revenue Service Center.

- 1099 MISC Copy C: For Payer.
- 1099 misc Copy 1: For state tax department.
- 1099 misc Copy 2: To be filed with recipient's state income tax return (if any).
